Dear Prospective Student,
Firstly let me welcome you to the Academy of Oriental Medicine
courses website and thank you for your interest. We hope
your visit will answer many of the questions you may have
concerning the subject and guide you along the correct path
of your studies.
At the Academy, we pride ourselves on the uniqueness of
our courses and technical ability, passing on our vast knowledge,
picked up from many years of practical experience from all
across Asia.
Our ultimate aim is to promote Chinese/Oriental Medicine,
making the general public aware of the vast benefits of
this age old medical tradition, and to promote interaction
and acceptance of Traditional Chinese Medicine to the modern
medical fraternity.
Whether you're just starting out in Chinese Medicine or
you're a qualified practioner, the Academy has something
to offer, whether it be a full degree/doctorate programme
or to fulfill continual personal development training.
Furthermore, we believe you will find the personal approach
adopted by the Academy tutors hugely beneficial to the learning
process and will greatly improve your understanding of the
system, throughout your studies and forever after.
Essentially, our study courses come in three different stages.
For the novice, with little more than a fledgling interest
in Oriental Medicine, we offer our Bachelor of Science programme.
Our Masters degree would be the next logical step on the
ladder, providing a deeper understanding, in addition to
being essential step on your career path should you wish
to attain your Doctorate.
So, whether you're simply looking to expand your existing
knowledge, or looking to train for a new career in Oriental
Medicine, you will find the Academy of Oriental Medicine
